the location was practical. it was really close to public transport. i could even see the mountains from my room. the reception staff gave me great suggestions for sightseeing and dining spots!
No complimentary water bottles were available. i found this surprising for a supposed 4-star hotel. i also had to select a specific time for breakfast. i prefer having the option to decide when i want breakfast during my holiday. the restaurant was tiny, and the breakfast buffet felt sparse. Food ran out quickly, and refills seemed slow.

i was upgraded to a suite, i was so thankful. the room was spacious and clean. its location was great (i love being able to walk everywhere!). i also appreciated the kind and accommodating staff.
i found no complimentary water bottles in the room. for a four star hotel, i thought this was a standard offering.
